By accessing or using Plangate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use Plangate only if you have the legal authority to enter into these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the business you represent.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your details current, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
Permitted Use
Plangate is provided for internal evaluation, research, planning, and operational decision support. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.
You may not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, resell access, or use the service to violate any applicable law, contract, or third-party right.
Plans, Billing, and Changes
Paid features, plan limits, and pricing are described within the product and may change from time to time. If a subscription renews automatically, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected plan amount unless you cancel before renewal.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, or parts of the service at any time. When practical, we will provide reasonable notice for material changes.
Data, Signals, and Third-Party Sources
Plangate may display information derived from third-party sources, marketplaces, user inputs, and automated processing. We do not guarantee the completeness, availability, or accuracy of third-party data at all times.
You remain responsible for validating suppliers, pricing, margins, compliance requirements, and any business decisions made using the service.
Intellectual Property
Plangate, including its software, design, content structure, scoring systems, and branding, is owned by Plangate or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.
Disclaimers and Liability Limits
Plangate is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plangate and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if continued service is no longer commercially practical.
You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
